Pre and Post Natal

Taking you through the journey into the next phase of your life in the safest possible manner. Providing expectant and new Mums with the opportunity to exercise and train throughout the pregnancy and post-partum following medical clearance (6 weeks vaginal delivery or 12 weeks following a c-section).

As with all of our sessions, suitable for all levels of fitness as exercises and will take into account the physiological and biomechanical changes associated with pregnancy.

Babies and siblings are always welcome in the gym  provided they are safe and remain the responsibility of the parents/caregivers.
