Strength and Conditioning

At Beyond Fitness, our strength and conditioning classes are our most popular and well attended sessions. Running up to five times per day, there’s a class to suit everyone’s timetable. Strength and conditioning training is suitable for all ages and abilities and our professional coaches tailor the specific movements to meet the needs and abilities of members.

These classes are enormous fun, different every day and draw from a wide range of functional fitness categories, including cardio, weightlifting, kettlebells, gymnastics and much more.
